Policy · Terms of use
Terms for using this website.
These terms cover your use of hcd.institute. Enrolment in a programme is governed by the offer letter, MoU or agreement for that programme, which takes priority over these terms.
The terms
In plain words.
- Who we areThis website is run by HCDNOW, trading as HCD Institute (The Institute of Human-Centred Design), Ponnattil, Kuravilangad, Kottayam, Kerala 686633, India.
- Using the siteUse the site lawfully. Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content in bulk.
- Our contentText, curricula, the HCD Toolkit, images, logos and design on this site belong to HCD Institute or its partners. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Ask us before reusing anything else.
- Partner namesDIC Hub, IIT Hyderabad and other partner names and logos belong to those institutions and are used only to describe our partnerships with them.
- Information, not adviceWe keep the site accurate, but programme details such as dates, formats and availability can change. The offer letter or agreement for your programme is what counts.
- Other websitesLinks to other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
- LiabilityTo the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
- Law and courtsThese terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kottayam, Kerala have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a consumer complaint where you live. For UAE programmes, the agreement for that programme sets the governing law.
- ChangesWe may update these terms. Last updated: 5 November 2026.
