Bring a real public challenge. Leave with a tested prototype and a plan.
Participants bring a real governance or service challenge and work through the full design thinking process with DIC Hub faculty, ending with a prototype, peer feedback and an action plan they can take back to their office or constituency.

Schedule
Two days, six stages.

| Day 1 · Afternoon | Define | Defining the real problem. Checkpoint: problem statement reviewed by faculty and peers. |
