We answer Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm IST. HCD Institute never asks for fees by phone or WhatsApp and never asks for an OTP or UPI PIN.

- 2 · ResolveWe aim to resolve within ten working days, and tell you if it will take longer and why.
- 3 · EscalateIf you're not satisfied, reply to our answer and ask for a review. A senior member of the team who was not involved will look at it again.
