Policy · Photos, video & media consent
We ask before we share.
We photograph and film our programmes to document the work and tell its story. This policy explains how we ask for consent and how to say no.
How it works
Consent first.
- Students under 18We photograph or film students under 18 only with written consent from a parent or guardian, usually collected through the school or our consent form. We do not publish a child's full name with their photo.
- AdultsWe tell participants when photos are being taken. Anyone can ask not to be photographed.
- How we use imagesOn our website, social media (including paid posts promoting our own programmes), reports and programme materials, as the consent form sets out. Never for unrelated advertising, and never sold.
- RemovalAsk us to remove an image of you or your child and we will take it down from our own channels promptly. Copies others have already shared may be outside our control.
- Your own photosPlease don't post other students' photos without their permission.
